Basic baking and butter icing – Day 4

Students bake their own sponge cake and make a butter icing, over a FOUR WEEK period learn from basic piping techniques, as well as icing a picture on a cake, cut up cakes in shapes and finally finish off with a novelty birthday cake. Ideal for those who have no experience with baking and who want to earn an income from skills perfected.Jabulani school of cooking- cake decorating classes. Classes run from 9am till 12pm except for the PME classes which run from 8:30am till 1pm
