Started in Mondeor, Johannesburg in 1993 by current owner, Charlmaine Pereira.

The business began as a small cooking school, Charlmaine realised there was a need in the home industry sector for good quality baking ingredients at an affordable price.Our focus has always been on providing our customers with quality products at a wholesale price. Our well priced goods and freely given advise spread by word of mouth.

We stock everything you could need, whether you are a professional baker, caterer or housewife. We ave an extensive range of cakes to order, we are passionate about baking and only use quality and where possible local ingredients in all our products.

We only bake and decorate by hand to order and individual design specifications to guarantee freshness.
