* Classes start 8:30am till 12 o’clock on Tuesdays And Saturday Alternating*
Students may join in at any one time and complete all 8 lessons for a discounted rate of R4500.00 for all 8 lessons or do one or more lessons at R600.00 per individual lesson. Certificates of completion will be issued to those students who complete all 8 lessons. A maximum of 6 students can be accommodated at one time so booking is essential.
Students must supply their own apron, face mask and container to take home what you bake in the lesson. Sanitizers will be supplied by the school.
All ingredients and tools supplied by the school.
- Lesson1…. Bake a sponge cake and learn butter icing piping skills.
- Lesson2…. Bake a sponge cake and ice an edible picture on the cake in butter icing.
- Lesson3…. Bake a sponge cake, carve it into a shape and frost with foam frosting.
- Lesson4…. Bake and decorate cup cakes with butter icing using Russian nozzles.
- Lesson5…. Bake and decorate chocolate cake with shards made in chocolate.
- Lesson6…. Petit four cake baked and decorated.
- Lesson7…. French macaron baked and iced.
- Lesson8…. decorative biscuits baked and iced.
The above mentioned courses are all hands-on courses.
Students take home whatever they bake or cook.
Courses run over an 8-week period every Tuesday And Saturday’s Alternating.
R4500.00 for all 8 lessons
