Create even straight cut outs with ease with this number 2 strip cutter. Perfect for cutting out uniformed strips to add accurate detailing to your creations. Simply pop the cutter in your JEM roller pad, grease the cutter with JEM petal base, pop your paste over the top and roll your rolling pin over the back of the cutter to achieve neat, clean cut outs. Cuts 6 5mm wide strips at a time.
