PME Blade and shell modelling tool made from hard wearing plastic. This modelling tool is ideal for the cutting and marking of creations made in gum paste, sugarpaste, marzipan etc. The shell end creates simple embossed shell patterns on cakes particularly around edges and borders. Measuring 167mm (6.6inches) this tool is easy to use and clean.
