*classes starts at 8:30am till 12 o’clock Wednesday*
Students may join at any one time and complete all 8 lessons at a reduced rate of R4500.00 for all 8 lessons or do one or more lessons at R600.00 per individual lesson. Certificates of completion will be issued to those who complete all 8 lessons. A maximum of 8 students can be accommodated at one time so booking is essential.
Students must supply their own apron, face mask and container to take home what you bake in the lesson. Sanitizers will be supplied by the school.
All ingredients and tools supplied by the school.
- Lesson1…. Beef Stroganoff, Mushroom Rice, malva Pudding and condensed milk custard.
- Lesson2…. Fish cakes, spinach and rice tart and carrots in orange juice.
- Lesson3…. Pizza and Cheese cake pudding.
- Lesson4…. Beef olives, piped mashed potatoes and vegetable medley.
- Lesson5…. Stuffed chicken breasts, savory rice and table setting.
- Lesson6…. Lamb casserole, Butternut soup and parsley potatoes.
- Lesson7…. Baboti and Caramel meringue pudding.
- Lesson8…. Mystery Box Class.
The above mentioned courses are all hands-on courses.
Students take home whatever they bake or cook.
Courses run over an 8-week period every Wednesday.
R4500.00 for all 8 lessons.
Or R600.00 per individual lesson.
