*Classes starts at 1.00pm till 3.30pm Tuesday*

Students may join in at any one time and complete all 8 lessons at a discounted rate of R4500.00 for all 8 lessons or do one or more lessons at R600.00 per lesson.  Certificates of completion will be issued for those who complete all 8 lessons. A maximum of 8 students can be accommodated at one time so booking is essential. 

Students must supply their own apron, face mask and container to take home what you bake in the lesson. Sanitizers will be supplied by the school.

All ingredients and tools will be supplied by the school.

  • Lesson1…. Hand made Pasta (Ravioli, Tagliatelle & Fettuccini) in Napolitano or Basil Pesto Sauce.
  • Lesson2…. Pizza From Scratch with Pannacotta (Chocolate, Vanilla or Berry).
  • Lesson3…. Mushroom and White Wine Risotto with Lemon and Almond Ricotta Tart.
  • Lesson4…. Lasagne with Italian Green Salad and Zeppole ( Italian Doughnut Holes ).
  • Lesson5…. Traditional Italian Breads (Ciabatta, Foccacia & Dinner rolls) with Cranberry Almond Biscotti.
  • Lesson6…. Tomato & Herb Gnocchi with Panettone (Italian Christmas Cake).
  • Lesson7…. Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni with Affogato (Italian Chocolate Cake).
  • Lesson8…. Ossobuco with Polenta and Torta del Nonna (Italian Custard Tarts).

All courses are hands-on courses.

Students take home whatever they bake or cook.

Course run over an 8-week period every Tuesday.

R4500.00 for all 8 lessons
